100% Refund

Eligible for: Complete refund excluding processing charges

Processing Duration: 5-7 working days

Service Charge: $50 for transactions via credit card

Requirements: Request must be submitted through email or telephone communication

24-72 Hours Before Charter

50% Refund

Eligible for: Half the total cost of the charter service

Processing Duration: 7-10 working days

Service Charge: $25 subtracted from the refund

Requirements: A valid reason is needed; administrative expenses apply

Less than 24 Hours Before Charter

No Refund

Eligible for: Refunds are not available

Exception: Consideration for emergency circumstances may be given

Substitute: Management may offer credit for a future charter

Requirements: Emergency claims revolve around submitted proof

Cancellations Due to Weather

Our Commitment to Safety

Your safety stands as our utmost concern. If our skilled captain judges the weather conditions as unsafe for charter operations, we present flexible alternatives:

  • Full Refund: Issued when rescheduling is unfeasible
  • Rebook: Schedule your charter for an upcoming available slot with no extra charge
  • Charter Credit: Opt for a credit that's valid for a year from the initial charter date

Weather Evaluation

We consider the following factors while assessing weather suitability:

  • Evaluation of wind velocity and direction
  • Sea condition and wave height
  • Visibility and weather forecasts
  • Maritime advisories and cautions
  • Expert captain's assessment of safety

Decision Timing: Decisions on weather-related cancellations are made at most 4 hours ahead of the scheduled departure.

Medical Emergency Exceptions

Situations of Urgency

Medical emergencies are unpredictable, and we may grant exceptions under the following circumstances:

  • Sudden medical incidents or hospitalization needs
  • Family bereavement
  • Urgent military deployment or recall
  • Summoned for jury service or court orders
  • Travel impeded by natural disasters

Proof Requirements

For considering urgent refund requests, the following documents are essential:

  • Hospital documentation or medical notes
  • Bereavement certificates, if relevant
  • Confirmed military directives
  • Legal summons or jury notices
  • Notices of travel disruption from authoritative bodies

Processing: Emergency refunds are processed within a window of 3-5 business days post document submission.

Cancellations from Operations

Equipment Failures

In cases where the designated vessel encounters insolvable mechanical issues:

  • Alternate Offering: We strive to provide a similar replacement
  • Complete Refund: Granted if no appropriate replacement is found
  • Partial Refund: Issued if the substitute vessel has different rates
  • Compensation: Added compensation may be given for any inconveniences

Lack of Crew Availability

In the rare event that the certified crew is not available:

  • An alternate crew is arranged when feasible
  • A refund is provided if the charter has to be canceled
  • Rescheduling with no additional fees

Refund Handling

Mode of Payment

Refunds will be issued using the original form of payment:

  • Credit Cards: 5-7 business days
  • Bank Transfers: 7-10 business days
  • Cash/Cheque: 3-5 business days

Service Charges

For Credit Card Transactions

$50 fee applies to cancellations made more than three days in advance

For Bank Transfer Returns

A $25 processing fee applies

International Transactions

Additional charges may be incurred for international transfers

Credit Options for Charters

Eligibility for Credits

Credits for charters may be offered instead of refunds under certain conditions:

  • Cancellations closer than 24 hours to the booking
  • Bookings affected by adverse weather
  • Requests for voluntary changes to bookings
  • Service disruptions

Conditions for Credit

  • Validity: Credits are active for one year following the issue date
  • Non-Transferability: Credits cannot be transferred
  • Full Value: Credit includes the full value without processing charges
  • Application: May be used for any future available charters
  • Expiration: No extensions past the one-year mark

Partial Refunds for Interrupted Service

Compromised Services

Should your charter be disrupted or cut short due to our responsibility:

  • Refund proportional to the unutilized portion
  • Equivalent credit for a future charter
  • Complimentary upgrades or services

Issues Instigated by Guests

If the charter ends early due to the actions or breaches of the guests:

  • No reimbursement for the remaining duration
  • Full payment stands as owed
  • There might be extra costs incurred

Resolving Discrepancies

In the event of a disagreement over a refund determination, you may:

  • Ask for a reassessment from our management
  • Present further evidence or documentation
  • Approach consumer advocacy groups for mediation
  • Exercise legal options according to the prevailing laws

We will acknowledge your application within a day, align it with our policy, communicate our decision within two days, and proceed with the approved refund as outlined.

  • Refund applications are to be in written form
  • Refunds are carried out in $ even if a different currency was utilized initially
  • Purchasing travel insurance is highly suggested
  • This policy can evolve with a 30 days' notice
  • Refunds are subject to the mandatory taxes and regulatory requisites
