What does a typical yacht charter come with?
Each charter comes with an experienced crew, safety gear, fuel, and standard beverages. Certain charters, like sunset trips, include premium snacks and refreshments, while business charters provide conference amenities and corporate dining options.
When should I schedule my booking?
To ensure availability, we suggest reserving your charter 2–3 weeks in advance, or earlier from May to September. For business gatherings and private events, it's best to book 4–6 weeks ahead to allow for personalization.
What if the weather is bad?
Our highest concern is your safety. In case of dangerous weather, as determined by our captain, we will propose an alternative date or offer a full refund. Weather forecasts are monitored continuously, and we'll reach out to you if conditions seem uncertain 24 hours prior to your departure.
Am I allowed to bring my own food and drinks?
Guests are free to bring their own food and non-alcoholic drinks. We also provide high-quality catering services that can be tailored to your preferences. Please be aware that glassware is not allowed on board for safety reasons.
Do your yachts accommodate guests with mobility restrictions?
We aim to be inclusive to all guests. While some yachts are better equipped for accessibility than others, please get in touch to discuss requirements, and we will suggest the most appropriate yacht and prepare the necessary arrangements.
What's your policy on cancellations?
Cancellations made with more than 72 hours' notice will be refunded in full. If you cancel between 24–72 hours before departure, you'll be entitled to a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before are non-refundable, except in the event of unsafe weather or mechanical failures on our end.
